Nowadays, everyone "wants" to get rich.
It's not just about flashy stuff like a new watch or designer clothes; it's about affording a good school for your kids, taking vacations without constantly checking your wallet, and enjoying a night out without fretting over the bill.
Some people are born into wealth, others luck out, but what about the rest of us? Are we actually waking up every day trying to become wealthy, or are we just running on the hamster wheel of life, waiting for the next paycheck?
How often do we genuinely try to up our game?
Not often.
Enter Naval Ravikant, an Indian-American entrepreneur who created a series of tweets that really resonated with me, I summarized them below.

  1. Wealth vs. Money:
      • Wealth isn't just cash; it's assets generating passive income.
      • $1000 in cash vs. $1000 in a company, what wins? The $1000 in a company every time. We have to aim at using our money in a productive way, some way that will generate more money in the future.
      • Dont work for money, make money work for you
  1. Long-Term Thinking in a Short-Term World
      • Real businesses thrive in the long term; don't expect results tomorrow or in a month. Real people took decades to get rich, and you have to keep trying all these years. Nobody is so persistent, and if you will, you will win over them.
      • Be patient and persistent, try try and try again, fail, stand up and try again, until it works.
  1. The Art of Selling:
      • Whether you are an IT freelancer or you have an online business, you will have to convince people to hire you/buy your product. For this, selling skills are essential.
      • Learn marketing and how to sell
  1. Leverage: A Force Multiplier:
      • The easiest thing to use for leverage is a product with little to no marginal cost, like digital products. If you manage to sell these products, you can leverage and scale it to the millions.
      • If you are an employee your income will always be connected to how many hours you work, even if you have a great salary, it will not scale exponentially
      • Don't sell your time, create a product that can sell while you sleep and is scalable.
  1. The Pursuit of Knowledge:
      • Keep learning in this fast-paced world.
      • Stay curious; adapt or get left behind .
